Mr. Somporn Chitphentom (right), Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. Vasily Titov (left), First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Russia’s JSC VTB Bank, signed a Documentary Operations Agreement to promote Thai- Russian trade and investment at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Bangkok on November 27, 2009. Under the agreement, EXIM Thailand will provide counter-guarantee and letter of credit (L/C) confirmation facilities to JSC VTB Bank, and vice versa, upon request.
