Mr. Pisit Serewiwattana (center), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Mr. Apirom Sukprasert (left), President of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), and Dr. Chutima Eamchotchawalit (right), Governor of The Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote the capability of SMEs in the agricultural sector to start or expand their export business with innovative products. Under the MOU, the three organizations also co-organized a business matching project for SME entrepreneurs in the processes vegetable, fruit and food industries, who are BAAC’s and TISTR’s clients, and EXIM Thailand’s export clients to stimulate their business expansion and increase export opportunities. The activities were held at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office.
