Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently met with Dr. Aksone Bouphakonekham (left), Chairman of Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao (BCEL), to tighten Thai-Laotian relations and discuss on trade financing schemes to promote the bilateral trade between the two countries on his visit to the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
