EXIM Thailand Hosts a Talk on US Policy Towards Thai Trade and Investment
Dr. Warotai Kosolpisitkul (far left) and Mr. Paiboon Kittisrikangwan (far right), members of the Board of Directors of Export-Import Bank of Thailand, together with Mr. Pisit Serewiwattana (second left), President of EXIM Thailand, recently welcomed Miss Piyanart Wattanasiri (second right), Director of Bureau of America, Pacific and International Organization, Department of Trade Negotiations, Ministry of Commerce serving as a speaker on the topic of US Policy under the New President and Impacts on Thai Trade and Investment for the Bank’s members of Board of Directors and executives at its Head Office. The US is Thailand’s second largest export market with an export value of 24,500 million USD in 2016 or 11.4% of Thailand’s total export value. Key export items are computers, equipment and parts, rubber products and jewelry and accessories.
