EXIM Thailand Grants Computer Education Scholarships to Empower People with Disabilities for Career Opportunities
Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), led the EXIM Thailand’s executives and staff in donating 10 computer study scholarships, totaling 300,000 baht, to individuals with disabilities. The donation was made through the Foundation for Support and Development of Disabled Persons under the “EXIM for Career Opportunities” corporate social responsibility (CSR) program at the Foundation in Nonthaburi province on September 9, 2024. Mr. Theerawat Thanyalakpark, President of the Foundation for Support and Development of Disabled Persons, received the donation. The scholarships aim to provide educational support and enhance computer skills for people with disabilities, enabling them to pursue careers sustainably and support their families. The program was part of EXIM Thailand’s CSR policy to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
