The award was given by the Puey Ungphakorn Institute, Bank of Thailand, Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Thai Bankers’ Association on occasion of the 100th Anniversary of Dr. Puey Ungphakorn, at the Bank of Thailand.
