EXIM Thailand and 3 Other State Banks Join Social Security Office to Boost Employment in 5 Southern Border Provinces
Mr. Somphan Eamrungroj (second left), Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Senior Executives of 3 state banks, namely, Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Government Savings Bank and Islamic Bank of Thailand and Mr. Pan Wannapinij (third left), Secretary General of Social Security Office co-signed in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on a joint project to promote employment in the five southern border provinces, comprising Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Satun and Jana, Natawee, Sabayoy and Tepha Districts of Songkhla. The project aims to boost business activities and employment in the area. Mr. Phaithoon Kaeothong (third right), the Minister of Labour, presided over the MOU signing ceremony at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel on April 23, 2010.
