Mr. Phouphet Khamphounvong (second right), Lao PDR’s Minister of Finance, on his visit to Vientiane, Lao PDR, to strengthen relationship between the two countries and promote Thai investments in Lao PDR. Thailand is the third largest investor in Lao PDR, after China and Vietnam.
