'EXIM Thailand Joins Hands with OSMEP and Federation of Thai SMEs to Upskill Thai SMEs toward Sustainable Export Start-up or Expansion

Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn (left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Mr. Veerapong Malai (center), Director-General of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), and Mr. Sangchai Theerakulwanich (right), President of the Federation of Thai SMEs and Chairman of Bangkok Committee participated in the opening ceremony of “Upskill SMEs Exporters: Newly Armed to Advance for Export” activity under the tripartite collaboration to upskill SME exporters at Lancaster Bangkok Hotel on January 26, 2022. At the event which aims to uplift SMEs’ potential for international trade business, EXIM Thailand is ready to jointly develop knowledge base, offer financial packages covering credit facilities and insurance services to safeguard entrepreneurs against international trade risks, and make available expert teams to give assistance and help develop and transform businesses of Thai SMEs so that they would be able to penetrate global markets on a sustainable basis.  
 
The “Upskill SMEs Exporters: Newly Armed to Advance for Export” activity will be organized altogether six times in four regions across the country in the form of hybrid (online and offline) seminars.
