Mr. Kematat Saicheur (second right), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently paid a courtesy call and discussed with Ms. Pimol Pongkongkaew (center), Minister Counsellor (Commercial), Royal Thai Embassy to Lao PDR, on ways to promote Thai-Lao PDR trade and investment. EXIM Thailand is ready to provide financial facilities with special interest rates and conditions to Thai SME entrepreneurs engaging in trade and investment along border provinces or wishing to relocate to special economic zones in Lao PDR.
