Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), joined forces with other high-level executives from prominent organizations in both the public and private sectors in Thailand’s Innovation Network event, Top Executives Meeting ‘NIA x Innovation Thailand Alliance’ held at the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok, on August 15, 2023. The event, graciously hosted by Dr. Krithpaka Boonfueng, Executive Director of the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) (NIA), is focused on the exchange of experiences and insights, aiming to propel innovation and nurture collaboration within the dynamic realm of innovation.

During the event, EXIM Thailand, under its role as the Thailand Development Bank, engaged in discussions regarding financial innovation aimed at contributing to a more environmentally conscious world as well as innovative employee care practices, notably the EXIM Thailand ‘Flexi Benefits’ package designed to enhance employee well-being by providing tailored benefits suitable for their needs and those of their families, the ‘Flexi Hours’ policy aimed to eliminate clock-in and clock-out procedures, and the ‘Birthday Leave’ initiative offered special leave during employees’ birth months. These initiatives further enhance an empathic workplace and sustainable business environment that drives sustainable development across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
