Dr. Nongnuch Laomaneerattanaporn (far right), Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), joined the ceremony to lay a wreath to mark the passing of the Late King Chulalongkorn, Rama V. The ceremony was presided over by Prime Minister, Gen. Prayuth Chan-ocha, at Royal Plaza Dusit Palace on October 23, 2018.
