Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), as a recipient of 2022 Thailand Quality Class Plus Award in the Customer Category, served as speaker in a seminar titled “The 21^st TQA Winner Conference Achieving Performance Excellence for Corporate Sustainability” presided over by Mr. Piyabutr Cholvijarn Chairman of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) committee and hosted by Office of the TQA, Thailand Productivity Institute, Ministry of Industry at Holiday Inn Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit on May 19, 2023, to present EXIM Thailand’s implementation of TQA framework as a tool to level up business management capabilities throughout the value chain on a full-fledged basis and with customer centricity and the Bank’s strong determination to enhance competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs on the global front. This would promote and contribute to organization management excellence according to the TQA guidelines gearing up for organizational and national development on a sustainable basis.
