Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and representatives from Thai and Myanma public and private sectors, recently posed for a group photo with Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Jukr Boon-long, Thai Ambassador to Yangon, in a seminar “Myanmar Insight 2017” at Sofitel Sukhumvit, Bangkok. The seminar, organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon in collaboration with the Thai Business Association of Myanmar (TBAM) and sponsored by public and private agencies including EXIM Thailand, provided information on Myanmar’s economic policies, investment promotion, laws and regulation relating to trade and investment, as well as the exchange of business experiences and recommendations from Thai companies in Myanmar.
