Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (second right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently welcomed Mr. Nguyen Khuyen Nguon (second left), Deputy General Director, Petro Vietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC), and PVFC delegates at EXIM Thailand Head Office. The two parties discussed the prospects of Thai investment promotion in Vietnam. PVFC acts as a fundraising agent for Petro Vietnam Oil & Gas Group, Vietnam’s state enterprise whose main business is petroleum and later expands into the energy, finance and agricultural sectors.
