EXIM Thailand, BOT and DIP Hold Seminar in Udon Thani to Promote International Trade Risk Awareness among Thai SME Exporters
Ms. Pranee Pornsuksavang (Center), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently presided over a seminar titled “Protecting Thai SMEs with Export Credit Insurance” hosted by EXIM Thailand; Northeastern Region Office, Bank of Thailand (BOT); and Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP), Ministry of Industry, at Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon Thani, Udon Thani province. The seminar aimed to enhance knowledge on international trade transactions and risk management, and workshop on buyers’ and buyers’ country risk analysis for use in real-world business practices to start-up SMEs or SME exporters wishing to expand their businesses. Mr. Somchai Lertlarpwasin (third left), Director of BOT Northeastern Region Office, delivered a keynote speech on “Managing Risk in the Context of Global Uncertainty.”
