Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), participated as a distinguished speaker in the panel discussion titled “Fostering Sustainable Success through Wellness Leadership.” He was joined by Dr. Wichit Sophitanontrat, Chief Executive Officer of Bureau Veritas Thailand Co., Ltd.; Mr. Visarut Asvaraksh, Managing Director of IBM Digital Talent for Business; Mr. Jareet Jaroensuk, Country Production and Supply Lead of Syngenta Thailand Co., Ltd.; Ms. Suchada Theeravachirakul, Chief Executive Officer of RS Connect Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Kris Ruyaporn, Managing Director of Asia Pacific Innovation Center Co., Ltd.; who served as the moderator. The event, hosted by Ms. Narintip Viriyabanditkul, Chief Executive Officer, PMG-Siam Health Joint Venture Co., Ltd., in collaboration with public and private sector entities, with the aim of creating opportunities and elevating the potential of Thailand’s wellness and healthcare industry. It was part of the Thailand Wellness and Healthcare 2024 event, held at BITEC Bangna on August 18, 2024.
    
During the discussion, the EXIM Thailand President emphasized the crucial role of leaders in maintaining both physical and mental wellness for themselves and their teams. He noted that a leader’s ability to navigate challenges with mindfulness and thoughtful decision-making is essential for achieving success in both people management and operational efficiency. This approach not only fosters healthy and sustainable organizational growth, as well as the professional development, career growth, and well-being of personnel, but also contributes to the sustainable development of organizations and Thailand as a whole.
