Mr. Ittipol Lertsakthanakul, Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), delivered a lecture titled ‘EXIM Climate Finance for Sustainable Export,’ focusing on innovative financial strategies to address climate change challenges and promote enduring international trade. Held at Sathorn Square, Bangkok on August 24, 2023, the event was hosted for management members of Chandler MHM Limited (Chandler MHM) while Mr. Jessada Sawatdipong, Senior Partner and Co-Managing Partner of Chandler MHM, extended a warm welcome. The lecture aimed to enhance understanding of coping with and resolving climate change issues, while linking financial, banking, and legal support dimensions to enable Thai businesses to align with trade and investment regulations. This alignment is geared towards achieving Thailand’s goals of carbon neutrality and net zero emissions, while also aligning EXIM Thailand’s role towards becoming a Green Development Bank.
