Mrs. Wantana Mongkolsri (fourth right), Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), congratulated Mr. Narin Kalayanamit (fourth left), Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance (MOF), on the 143rd anniversary of MOF on April 2, 2018 at MOF.
