Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (second right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), signed an MOU with the Ministry of Energy to promote a cooperative energy loan program to finance Thai businesses or industries engaging in energy conservation and alternative energy resource development. The signing ceremony was presided over by Lieutenant General Poonpirom Liptapanlop (third right), Energy Minister, at Energy Ministry on April 10, 2008.
