Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand, was a speaker on the topic relating to importance of the agricultural and food sectors to the Thai economy and the role of state-owned specialized financial institution that will help entrepreneurs develop their agricultural and food businesses towards sustainability for the “Agriculture and Cooperatives Executive Program (ACE)” Batch 2 Training Course titled “the Support of State-owned specialized financial institution to the expansion of agricultural and food businesses”, hosted by the Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) and Ministry of Agricultural and Cooperatives (MOAC) at Royal Irrigation Department, MOAC, on August 19, 2022.
