Dr. Benjarong Suwankiri, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), participated as a speaker on the topic Circumstances, Opportunities, and Risks of Thai Import-Export Businesses at the seminar titled Understanding Global Trade: Strategies for Growing Thai Exports, organized by the Board of Trade of Thailand (BoT) at the Thai Chamber of Commerce on August 28, 2024. During the event, EXIM Thailand shared its insights on the recovery of Thai exports, the importance of adapting to new global trade trends, regulations, and contexts for Thai exporters, as well as the necessity of employing risk management tools for foreign exchange management and mitigating overseas buyer payment defaults amidst ongoing global economic uncertainties.
