Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), joined answering incoming phone calls to “Mor Prom” Call Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health as requested by the Ministry through the Government Financial Institutions Association at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on June 8, 2021. This has aimed to support staff in charge of providing information to the general public who face problems in booking COVID-19 vaccinations through “Mor Prom” Line Official and Application. EXIM Thailand has participated in “Mor Prom” Call Center with 5 telephone lines since the beginning of June 2021.
