Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn (third left), Senior Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and the Bank’s executives recently paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Boun-oum Syvanpheng (center), Managing Director, Electricite du Laos (EDL), to discuss ways to support debt restructuring efforts between EDL and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and financing schemes suitable for EDL’s future development projects at EDL’s office in Lao PDR.
