EXIM Thailand Encourages SMEs to Adapt to Green Economy  Amid Stricter Global Environmental Trade Regulations
DrRak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), delivered a lecture on “Greenomics: Driving Thailand Towards Sustainability with a Green Economy” at the Smart SME Expo 2024, organized by PMG Corporation Limited (PMG) at Halls 7-8, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, on July 6, 2024. The lecture addressed global environmental issues, including climate change and natural disasters, urging Thai entrepreneurs to adapt to increasingly stringent global environmental trade regulations. As a Green Development Bank, EXIM Thailand is committed to equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge to conduct business under the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. This effort aims to strengthen SMEs across all dimensions, positioning them as key drivers in Thailand’s transition to a low-carbon society and sustainable development.
