EXIM Thailand Holds 2024 Royal Kathin Ceremony at Wat Suttha Chinda in Nakhon Ratchasima

His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua graciously bestowed the 2024 Royal Kathin Robes upon the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), led by Mr. Bundit Sapianchai, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President, along with EXIM Thailand executives and staff, for offering them to the monks having stayed in a single monastery throughout the rainy season and for monastery maintenance. Donations were made to support the construction of a commemorative 100-year monk's residence at Wat Suttha Chinda, marking the centenary of Luang Pu Yai Phra Sasanasophon (Kosol Sirinutharo). Additionally, EXIM Thailand also donated money to support educational and vocational opportunities for the well-being of children and youth at Mahamakut Buddhist University’s Korat Education Center, Wat Suttha Chinda School, and Wat Suttha Chinda's Sunday Buddhist School. This is in line with EXIM Thailand's corporate governance and corporate social responsibility policies. The 2024 Royal Kathin Robe Offering Ceremony took place at Wat Suttha Chinda, Nakhon Ratchasima, on October 29, 2024. Together with the Bank's clients and patrons, EXIM Thailand raised a total donation of 3,095,999 baht to support Buddhism.
