Mr. Bundit Sapianchai, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors at the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), opened the seminar titled “GO WHITE GROW RIGHT: Transparent Business, Sustainable Growth EP.1” at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office on March 18, 2025. The seminar, organized in collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), aimed to encourage governance and transparency within Thai businesses for sustainable economic, social, and environmental development. During the seminar, Dr. Mana Nimitmongkol, Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT) and Committee Member of the Thai Chamber of Commerce Anti-Corruption and Ethics Promotion Committee, discussed strategies to enhance corporate governance among Thai SMEs. Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of EXIM Thailand, presented insights on “EXIM Thailand’s Role in Supporting Transparency to Drive Thai Business Sustainability.” Additionally, Mr. Phromnet Bencharongkit, CAC Project Director, outlined best practices for maintaining transparent business operations. Ms. Wanthanee Senakoon, CEO of One Venture Co., Ltd., shared her experiences implementing governance principles in her business. Participants received advisory services for business development and CAC certification, along with access to credit facilities at a starting interest rate of 3.75% per annum and repayment terms of up to seven years for businesses certified by CAC or advanced ISO standards.
