Mr. Suthanai Prasertsan (front row, third right), Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Mr. Somchai Tripittayakul (front row, center), Assistant Director of Bang Khun Thian District, and Ms. Nidcha Khoarpad (front row, second right), Deputy Director of Wat Bang Kradee School, along with representatives from EXIM Thailand, Bang Kradee Community and Wat Bang Kradee, joined the canal cleaning campaign under the Ministry of Finance (MOF) canal preservation project “Joining Force to Preserve Thailand’s Canals” at Wat Bang Kradee, Bang Khun Thian District on August 28, 2012. EXIM Thailand joined MOF’s canal preservation project in support of the government’s water management scheme aiming to increase drainage capability of canals and prevent the recurrence of great floods in Bangkok and vicinity areas.
