Roles, Duties and Responsibilities

1. To scrutinize, give opinion or recommendation on amendment of Export-Import Bank of Thailand Act as well as relevant rules or regulations in order to achieve the Bank’s goal and mandate.  
2. To scrutinize, give opinion or recommendation on legal issues related to the Bank’s missions or operation, or other relevant areas.    
3. To give opinion or recommendation on litigation cases relating to the Bank.
4. To perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
